I follow the setup instructions. I plug it in, turn it on and the fan came on but nothing else. I am freaking out!! this is the biggest investment I’ve made in a while and it’s not turning on, I’ve heard support takes days to answer, PLEASE HELP!!
Never mind! This plugin has a switch that needs to be on to get power and the fan I was hearing was the cloudline I installed

Good that it came on for you. Support generally doesn’t take DAYS to respond… but A day isn’t unheard of. During busy times of the year it could be up to 72 hours but even then it was usually before that.
