I’m in an emergency situation right now. I signed up for the premium trial, accidentally so I want to cancel my premium trial before they grab money out of my bank account that I don’t have.
Can someone please tell me how to cancel before it’s too late.
I already tried Settings, purchase history, then “New orders may be here”
Nothing works and I can’t afford for Glowforge to take money out of my bank account !

Contact Glowforge in writing stating that you wish to cancel your trial membership at the end of the trial period.

Should your card be charged, dispute the charge and it will be refunded. Same with the bank account. As long as you have proof that you attempted to cancel before the trial period was up there should be no problem.
This forum is comprised of Glowforge owners like you, not employees/support staff of Glowforge. Matters regarding your personal account and finances can only be handled by Glowforge staff. I have always found them to be a company that adheres to their promises. I feel that the instructions for cancelling were readily available on their webpage and most of the information you need is also available on their support pages.
Ok, thanks but I’m trying not to get charged in the first place. Having to provide proof and all that takes a lot of time for the back or glowforge to get back to you. I’m trying to avoid all that hassle. I have never dealt with any company before that makes it impossible to cancel a subscription. I can’t afford for $50 to get pulled from my bank account.
