Glowforge staff does not monitor the forum, so the only people viewing this post are other Glowforge owners. Have you tried calling the support line? 1 (855) 338- 2122

Thank you, but that was my only way to get someone’s attention. Maybe consider answering the issues request so we dont have to reach out through the forum. I issued a request 24 hours ago and no words from you guys.
You may feel that way, but they stopped monitoring the forums/cut zendesk ties with the forums 1-2 years ago so as @dklgood said, it’s just us owners here. No staff support.
