Ok, so I’ am back! This is my second cut on my new glowforge aura. However, it is stuck at centering and the old surface image is appearing. I have checked the internet connection, tried to reboot, and made sure the camera was cleaned from “any soot” from the one and only cut ever made on the device the day before. I finally gave up after so many attempts last night. Your advice would be so welcomed.

When mine did this rebooting the wifi router seemed to work, have you tried that?
