My Glowforge is only showing a zoomed in screen and won’t let me print outside that area. I have cleaned the lenses. Any other ideas? Thanks!
Click on the zoom out icon until it hits 100%. Unless you’re using a phone or other device with a small screen, it should show the entire printable area.
I did check that. it is currently set to 100%.
Then you are seeing the entire printable area, which is ~19x11".

If your file is to be engraved, the area available is smaller than the entire 10.8" x 19.5". Can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing?
