Can anyone explain this? It seems to work fine on smaller items but can’t handle anything else.
I’m presuming you cleaned the rails right before you start any job - if not, you should. When the rails get dirty, it can catch, then a skip like that can happen.
I would worry that the rope in the first picture is catching on the head, causing a skip. You should remove, or tape down, something like that.
You seem to be getting a lot of overburn, so I will suggest you lower your power setting, which will result in less ash being released.
Also, that third one your aim was off. Are you using Set Focus before you start you job? If not, give that a shot.

This happens to me constantly. I clean the rails, I use proof grade materials, nothing seems to help.
