I’ve had my glowforge for 6 years and have never had this issue! I’m making Christmas ornaments for my husband’s battalion. See picture for how my recent prints have been turning out. I’ve cleaned everything and tried different settings, but i’m getting the same result.
Has anyone had this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
I would suggest that you print the gift of good measure and include a picture of your finished print and email it to support with as much detailed information about the symptoms of your problem as you can. Best of luck to you.
What material is that? What are your settings?
Is your lens upside down?
If it were, the crossed rifles engrave would not be as sharp/clear.
What material (proofgrade?) have you checked that focus works (i.e. if the height can be sensed)?
