I am having difficulties uploading files using my iPhone. The upload file link doesn’t always work and the option to delete files from my workspace is missing. Is this because I’m trying to work with cell data instead of wifi?
I haven’t seen anything more recent from support than their answer to this post regarding iPhone support. It’s in beta and they recommend use a desktop.
This was my experience as well. Gave up on mobile. Just use either my office desktop or lab desktop or if I have it on me, a laptop. Still have to go to the lab to mash de button.

@walterpalmer, I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit a snag. Support for mobile devices is still in development and I’ve passed your feedback on to the team. At this time we recommend using a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer if you’re encountering difficulties from a mobile device.
