Trying to engrave the rear of an iPhone 7 , I load a file and resize it etc all ok. When i try to press print I get a message saying I have no artwork in the print area. I see nothing to indicate what the print area is , I have tried moving the iPhone around and trying multiple locations and I continue to get the same problem.
I’m so sorry to hear that you are running into trouble.
As @deirdrebeth pointed out, the lines of the design will be covered when they are correctly entered into the Print Area.
When you have a moment, please share a photo of the Workspace inside of the Glowforge App when you are running into trouble, and we’ll send over the next best steps.
