Iphone/Macbook

Trying to engrave the rear of an iPhone 7 , I load a file and resize it etc all ok. When i try to press print I get a message saying I have no artwork in the print area. I see nothing to indicate what the print area is , I have tried moving the iPhone around and trying multiple locations and I continue to get the same problem.

Thanks in advance

Have you used the Set Focus to get material height?

Is all of the design within the laserable area of the bed?

Are the settings put it?

Could you share a photo of the interface and bed?

The lines of the design will be coloured if they’re in the print area - and grey if any part is outside of it

I’m so sorry to hear that you are running into trouble.

As @deirdrebeth pointed out, the lines of the design will be covered when they are correctly entered into the Print Area.

When you have a moment, please share a photo of the Workspace inside of the Glowforge App when you are running into trouble, and we’ll send over the next best steps.

Thank you!

It’s been a while since we’ve heard from you, so I’m going to close this post. If you are still having trouble with the no artwork message - let us know.
