I ordered the Glowforge as a gift for my partner, so she’s the one that’ll be using it most of the time when it arrives. Is it possible to create a forum account for her as well? At the moment, only my email address has access.
I’m not sure, but I’d shoot an email to support@glowforge.com – I’ll also tag @Rita on this, she heads up support on these sorts of things.
Since the Glowforge is tied to a single account, only a specific email address can be used.
You can change the email address (with @Rita), but currently on one can be used.
I’m pretty sure it can be done as we have others here in the same boat. @bensostrom has pointed you in the right direction.
Multiple emails can be tied to one account. She did it with us. But as everyone said, contact the @Rita for assistance
