Hi, All!
Is it safe to cut peel-and-stick wallpaper? I went to Spoonflower’s website (where they sell this type of wallpaper) and it states this info:
- Eco-friendly inks, formaldehyde-, phthalate-, and PVC-free
Thanks for helping!

PVC free is definitely a step in the right direction, but the part they’re not giving you is what is it, rather than what is not. I’d request a copy of their SDS and check in the “on fire” section for anything that might eat your lungs, or your laser. If you get it, but can’t translate, post it here and folks can help
Thanks, Deirdre. I’ll try to get their SDS.
That’s a great idea. Please share your results.
It has been a while since I visited their site. I thought they only did fabric.
I hope I find out more, I sent a request for the SDS to Spoonflower. So, fingers crossed. I have my own little shop with them, so this would be fantastic if I could lasercut some of my designs. https://www.spoonflower.com/profiles/kimatolmandesignstudios
Oh wow! Your designs are great!! I tried, and ultimately failed, to convince my SO we needed the toile de mer in our guest toilet :-/ I’m still working on getting an agreement for an accent wall in there with your vintage octopus
Spoonflower is a very deep rabbit hole. I have not purchased any fabric or wallpaper in forever. This might change. The designers are so varied and I love the ability to view all of the choices from the comfort of my couch.
Beautiful!! I love your designs. I have purchased other Spoonflower fabrics in the past. Am going to look closely at all your offerings.
