I lost my original plus laser in July- replaced with refurb Pro… it bit the dust in a couple of weeks with no problems occuring at all. Reached out to customer support and after all of the photos and hoopla they deemed it done and said they would ship me another with ship date of 9/20. I just got an email from someone new to the thread and they said they’ve discussed my issue with the team and since I’m out of warranty and they’re moving operations from Mexico to the US they were having some issues. SO, the first time they sent the wrong machine, had to ship it back, then wait for the correct one, then it fails and now they say that I’m out of warranty. I’m so frustrated.

I have no idea if that’s normal, but it does sound a bit weird to me. I’ve never heard that any of their operations were ever in Mexico much less moving from there to the US. I suggest you give support a call to verfiy that infol. Best of luck.

I apologize, it says that their repairs are in Mexico and moving back to USA.

Last i know, and i could be wrong, but each refurb had a 3 month warranty on the most current refurb you’re in possession of.
