When I log in I keep getting a message, saying its taking longer than normal to load images. I have closed the program, turned off my glowforge and deleted my cookies. HELP PLEASE
Mine is doing the same, it is a problem with the website. I called, but all that they say is that they will look into it and respond later.

Note that turning off your machine will never help with user interface issues. It’s all in the cloud. Your machine doesn’t even have to be powered on to use the UI app.
Unless you wanna know how long the print will take.

That is not an issue/problem with the user interface.
Opening and editing designs, which is what the OP was trying to do, does not require the machine to be powered on.
There are those of us who disagree. It is certainly part of the UI. Just because software is “working as intended” doesn’t make it not an issue/problem, just means the designer doesn’t agree.
There’s a number of those …non-eye to eye views between GF and the users. Let’s take a look at that hopper that has stuff in it since 2017 that’s never been looked at since it was tossed in.
