Can someone from support check if my email went through about an issue / mistake with a store purchase, just want to know if I am stuck with my mistake or if there is a way to revert it. Something I would like to talk to support directly about before the shipment ships. I know this is usually the fastest way to reach out.
For something like this Chat is probably your best option as they’re not going to be able to answer questions about a specific account on the open forum they’ll end up emailing you.
This might be the one occasion where opening a duplicate ticket via Chat is worth it
