Yes, mine came with the following materials:
6x Medium Draftboard
3x Medium Clear Acrylic
1x Medium Basswood Plywood
1x Medium Walnut Hardwood
1x Medium Natural Leather

Is this confirmed for new orders? I know they shipped a box of “we’re sorry” materials for free to most of the pre-order backers, but I don’t know if they ship that to new orders…

Yes, they include a starter pack of pg materials. It’s not as much material as was included on the pre-order packages, but enough to get ya going.

Welcome @jamierussell to the forum. So much good information is on the forum from the years of waiting and almost two years of making, counting the early beta testers. I don’t want to presume anything, but I’ll offer some advise:

And some of the most consistent issues that folks deal with are

  1. network setup and connection reliability
  2. Material flatness and thickness settings
  3. Understanding the lid camera image and design placement and eventual cuts
  4. Venting solutions
  5. Operating environment temps
