Recieved my brand new glowforge aura yesterday and was super excited to get started on it, but since its been on i cant get past focusing 
ive tried putting a towel over it and turning light off incase it was light polution, ive reset wifi router multiple times now aswell as turned the GF on and off. Ive also cleaned camera etc but im getting no where and really dont want to just send back or bin. Does anyonw have any other suggestions i can try? Thanks x

Oh man, how disappointing.
Is it fairly close to your router?
I’m not familiar with the Aura, but I ask because my original GF was having trouble connecting too, which was weird because it had been sitting in the same spot in a nearby room for 8 yrs where it previously connected just fine. After troubleshooting longer than I should have, I finally gave in and moved it into the same room where my router is just to rule out that being the issue, and it connected immediately. I don’t know what changed and why something started interfering with my signal getting to my GF, but it had.
So long story short, I’d suggest moving the Aura close to the router just to rule out interference being an issue.
