Just received my Aura -- makes loud screeching sound when the arm moves. Not sure what to do

Just received my glowforge aura but it is making a loud screeching sound when the arm moves. Not sure if something is defective or needs lube of some sort? Disappointed in the quality and not sure what to do. Here is a video with sound of the issue: https://photos.app.goo.gl/pCZUDBJTLHUergex5

Haven’t attempted a print yet because I don’t want to cause more damage to it if its damaged.

Any thoughts? I put in a support ticket but trying to figure out if I need to return/exchange this or not.

The video shows no movement or sound to me.

I can see/hear it - and I concur that it sounds like something is sticking. It doesn’t require lubing so I think you need to reach out to support.glowforge.com. Call them first, and then you can send the video to them if needed.

Sorry - i didn’t do a good job at timing it. The sound/movement starts about 10 seconds in.
