That’s slick. I fooled with custom dash patterns to make micro tabs a long time ago, maybe it’s time to revisit.

I feel like it would be even harder not to break things apart before I was supposed to if I got to use a sander to do it :grin:

Very cool. I use the caveman version of vibration to clean up the vertical slays on my spirit lamps. Even with a clean cut and no tabs, the geometry is such that little bits get hung inside. So, load a bunch into a box and drop on ground a dozen times. 99% effective.

The tab generator on my xtool is much needed when running the conveyer alternative to passthrough. Ekse, bits fall into thw works and jam up the process. I have that dialed in to a very satisfying level of resistance. A finger poke frees the parts easily. B

I only ever managed that by accident when cutting old political signs. The ribs kept just enough contact while everything else cut through beautifully :stuck_out_tongue:
