I wanted to do something to celebrate Independence Day and was inspired by a post on Facebook.
This is a sublimation print on the back of clear acrylic. I then painted it with white spray paint. Following that it was back in the GF to engrave the scripture on the front. While it was still masked I gave it two coats of flat black Rustoleum for plastic.

I have never seen anything quite like what I’ve been experimenting with so I didn’t know if it just wouldn’t work, wasn’t worth the effort or maybe I had an original idea (I doubt that). I have a lot of ideas that I want to try and sometimes in the middle of something I have an epiphany and take off on a tangent.
