I am offline and can’t figure out how to get back online. It was working fine yesterday. I haven’t updated anything or moved anything. I have turned everything off. Unpluged the router, laser machine and my computer. Nothing is working. When I turned my machine back on, the fan came on, but the laser head didn’t move. Anyone have any other suggestions I can try? I would appreciate it. Thanks

Sometimes you have to go through the wifi setup again. Hold the print button down until it turns teal and follow the instructions.

If the machine doesn’t move, or go thru the tap tap tap routine after powering on, then it is not connected to the GlowForge cloud service - or, completely dead.
