Hello! I have a 2 and a half year old glowforge that is not longer cutting through material. My husband changed the cut setting and it started working again for a couple hours and stopped again. We have cleaned everything and still nothing!
Hello and welcome! Are you using Proofgrade material…and if so, are you using the proofgrade settings? Sounds like you might be using manual settings. How thick is your material? Is your material completely flat? When you cleaned, did you also clean debris from the rails and from the crumb tray?
