My laser is cutting and scoring perfectly but it is not firing at all when it should be engraving.
check your design that you don’t accidentally have 2 designs overlapping, they cancel each other out during engraving!

Thanks. I don’t think I do but I will double check. It just stopped working and it is a file I have used before.

oh darn, if you’ve used it before it’s an unlikely quick and dirty fix!

What engrave settings are you using? Is it not moving at all, or going through the motions but not marking your material? What is your material - is it masked?
If it’s cutting and scoring then there’s nothing wrong with your laser tube (yay!) so to narrow it down for a staff member you should run the Gift of Good Measure (in your dashboard) on a piece of PG material which will eliminate any questions about design or material issues.
