My laser seem to just stop working not cutting anything fire not coming out. Can anyone help have someone waiting on an order! And apparently you can get anyone on the phone at glowforge

Are you a new user or experienced? If you are new, there are a couple of things to check - make sure the power setting did not reset to 1. Make sure your design file is not a copy placed on top of the original file.
To get the support help started, print the Gift of Good Measure on proofgrade material using proofgrade settings. If the print does not come out perfectly, post pictures of the front and back of the material along with the date and time of the print.
