I have not used my laser for a few months and about 2 mins into a 4 min logo the laser stopped etching and only went through the motions without any faults. I tried cycling power on laser & computer! Reload different artwork and still no resolution. I cleaned the laser lenses also. When it was trying to laser I noticed a bright orange glow like a spark in the laser tube when it was trying to etch. Has anyone seen this problem? Is there anything I can do?
I can’t play your video, and there’s no indication of which machine you have – glowforge sells several.
So, which machine do you have?

I was able to play the video and it’s one of the performance machines. I’ve never seen an orange spark like that, but it’s definitely not a good sign. Check behind the tube on the back wall where the black cable connects…is the little circuit board there burnt out?

That is my first impression. Have you cleaned it recently. Many times the person starts with “I just deep cleaned my Glowforge”…
Any spray or liquid in the bed can short out that board.
