Hello everyone !
I tried to mute a product and a strange noise occurred. Having been a little scared I immediately turned off my glowforge then I turned it on again.
Since impossible to cut anything. The tube light no longer turns on. When I start a cut it starts up and does the distance to be covered but it does not cut.
