What color is the laser tube suppose to be when printing? Mine is pink and it looks different then I remember. Maybe I never looked at it before and it is suppose to be pink. Just checking.

It’s supposed to look like your photo. Here’s mine next to yours to compare. How bright it lights up when firing depends on the power setting you chose.
There are no problems your Glowforge could have where the only symptom would be a change in color of the tube either.

Out of curiosity, what is the material shown in your picture? Just be sure there is no vinyl (PVC) in anything you feed your laser.

It is anodized aluminum cake pan lid.
