Two days ago I got done engraving a tile and after the system cooled down and the machine shit off the program showed it was focusing. Well it was stuck on focusing so I went and shut off the machine and rebooted it. Well it was still on focus. I cleaned everything and rebooted again, same thing stuck on focusing. So I trouble shooted and disconnected the ribbon from the printer head and it fixed the issue. Well after my next engraving it happened again ref the focusing. This occurred like 4 times before the machine would not even calibrate any
