Hello… the wheels that hold the black belt for the lazer have broke. Where I can I purchase new ones with the grid in them.
There are spare parts available from Glowforge.

You’re going to need to either buy them from the store (if the right ones are there) or if you’re under warranty, or they’re not in the store, contact 
at support@glowforge.com and send them pictures of the ones you broke so they know which ones to send you.
