Well, next update, while still waiting on the (new) black lid cable (though I doubt that is the issue).
In reading, and getting additional recommendations from Wiregrass, I have attempted to run the Printer Head Setup. Had some issues at first with it not starting, and then I updated our Wifi by placing a new access point close to the Glowforge, since some have said that less than stellar WiFi may contribute to setup / calibration.
Once I did that, I was able to make further progress - and am able to get to the spot where it gets ready to start - but every time I get the Error Message.
"Not Completed. The process was interrupted, so no changes were made to your Glowforge.
For best results, clean the cameras on the lid of your Glowforge and the printer head, and check that the surface your printer is sitting on, the material, and the crumb tray are all flat. Then click [here] to restart the process."
Has anyone run into this message, and have you been able to work around it?
I’ll try support on Monday as well.
Thanks.
