I was removing the lens to clean it and the magnet on the Lens Tool broke off and is now stuck to the lens itself! HELP! I do not know how to get it out since the magnet pieces from the Lens Tool are stuck to the lens magnet.

I sent a support request, but they said it could take up to 3 business days to respond and I have work that I need to get done on the GF.

Can you remove it with another magnet? If you don’t have an extra magnet handy, try a screwdriver or any piece of ferrous metal.
I never thought the skills I learned by spending endless hour playing Operation would ever come into handy in a real life situation!! Thank you! It worked. Now lets see if the GF still works…
