Laser won’t fire. I think I heard a slight shift like a fuse blowout. Maybe it’s my imagination, but now there is a bright light like a flashlight coming from the lense. I’ve been using this laser for 2 years and that sound was new. My settings are not on power level one and I cleaned all my lenses prior to use.
Maybe the lens actually came out of the head?

What does the mirror look like?
That’s the illumination LED for the camera in the head.
Either the head itself has failed, or something in the circuitry that drives it.
Support should be able to tell from logs.

Brand new. I’ve got extras of lots of parts.
Here is the lens. The mirror is not damages either, but I put my brand new one in anyway. Still no go. Now I have an orange light.
