So has any one else run into this issue? I noticed when my lid was open that it was sitting funny. Upon investigation, I noticed the glass appears to be detaching? I don’t know if that’s a glue/lamination thing gone wrong or what, but I thought I’d ask.
I don’t think it’s user error. I’m always paranoid about accidentally opening the lid too far so I only open it the very smallest amount needed.
There have been some that have had this very same issue. I even had to finally return my PRU for this reason. I’m pretty certain they will want to replace your machine. I’m really sorry this happened to you, but they are truly wonderful about making sure you have a good Glowforge and will take care of it very soon. Just hang in there and wait for support to contact you.
