Lid Open Error during print

I was running a print and it stopped mid print , laser head went back home and the error message was lid open. i have cleaned it , everything is level, doors are flush and i just replaced the black lid cabel. What else can i do or look for

That bites. It may be a return to manufacturer issue, but there are some things you can try before you go there.

You can use magnets on the outside of the door to trick it into thinking it’s closed - place then where they are on the inside. If that works, it’s not the lid cable having the issue.

Then check the connections on all the other cables, and look for bent/cracked/worn out spots.
