I have reset all systems. Cleaned and reseated both the tray and the laser head. Checked the cables and can’t see anything loose. After printing several times last night it has continued to say “Lid Open” after the last print.
One other thing to check is the interlock staple in the back, above the power switch (Pro only). If not fully seated it can give a “lid open” message.
It can be off and not visible . This is usually the case. Even the slightest iffyness of the connection can give a lot of problems.
Manually rechecked the cables, made sure they were seated firmly. Also ran my finger along the taped pieces on the lid and back of device to make sure nothing was loose. Still no go.
