New machine 1 day old and error - LID OPEN, followed all advice and possible solutions and still nothing
No light whatsoever on machine
Machine not cilibrating nothing - HELP!!!
All those things are related to the black cable at the back of the lid. The black cable is easily damaged so you do not want to create more damage but there are three pin plug-ins that might not be correctly plugged in. If you could check those and get close in with your cell phone camera and get pictures and drag and drop them here so support can get a look.
By posting here you have opened a ticket so any more contacts will just open more tickets and take time to put them into one ticket and delaying help.

@rohmac2005 I am so sorry your Glowforge printer is saying the Lid is open and the LED lights are not lit when the printer is turned on.
