Now that’s an EPIC project + outrageous results!!!
That’s no moon…
Now that project is THE BOMB!!! Great job!
Another WOW from me! I hope you continue to share your projects.
Have you considered selling these chairs (maybe as a kit or something)? You’ve done all of the hardest work! They could be offered in custom colors, etc. I think they might be great sellers if you can target the right audience.
Just spectacular! My goal tomorrow is to set up my CNC again after a move to a new shop at the farm. This would be a great project for it. What patience and precision. Very fine and a beautiful piece of furniture.
Great looking chair, good thing for wheels, how heavy is that beast? lol
My guess is somewhere between 50-70lbs. I was able to solo-lift it into my truck. It’s heavy, sure, but not unmanageable. And once in the floor easy to wheel around
Good thing that office chair I bought on Prime Days can still go back!
Following the definition of ‘epic’: usually centered upon a hero, in which a series of great achievements or events is narrated (delivered) in elevated style… you are the hero maker of this epic. Very inspirational. Thanks for the informative photos.
Absolutely fabulous! Im trying to figure out how to make a corn hole board. Im so impressed with you talent.
This is insane as well as insanely cool!!
This is fantastic! Looks like you’ve mastered the pass-through skill. What’s your secret on getting those large pieces aligned for continuous cuts while doing so?
I make sure the plywood is always hugging the right edge of the crumbtray. It gives me a pretty straight line to keep the edge of the wood the same. There were definitely times the alignment failed and I had to manually align. The best way I do that is add some small plus shapes “+” and score those 3-4 times (slightly adjusting each time) until it’s precisely where I expect the continued cut to be. Then I keep those shapes on screen and ignore the score and align/slightly rotate the recut until it matches exactly where the plus shapes are and it’s more precise than guesstimating.
