I turned on my GF this morning, the lights flickered and now they won’t work. I tapped on the black power strip and the lights flickered on for a second, but didn’t stay on.
How do I get a replacement? Thanks

You’ve done the right things, support will be along to arrange a replacement.
Curious where you “tapped” on it…
I made sure all strips where connected and the larger strip (1st picture) when I checked it, it flickered once. When I checked it again, nothing. I tapped where it connects and it flickered once. I tried tapping several times and it only flickered once more. It doesn’t do anything now.

Yup - that’s the most common failure, where it flexes. Was just curious if that’s where yours had failed as well.
Thank you for checking that out for us. Since everything is connected properly, it’s likely that the black cable on the lid has a problem. I’d like to send you a replacement for that cable, along with some instructions on how to replace it so we can get you back to printing as quickly as possible.
