Location Change Glowforge Setup

I changed locations, so now my glowforge will be set on a different wifi, but it would let me reset it up to a new wifi, how do I go about getting to cut on it. I have an order needing to go out and have been waiting on a response from glowforge for awhile now. Please help!

Hold the button until it turns Teal and it will restart Wifi setup.

I tried, the wifi wont show up like it is supposed to.

How long does that normally take, just held it for about 30 secs and it didn’t turn teal.
