Hallo, my laser looses steps and then the laser carriae ends up out of track
I think the wheels are worn out.
Has somebody had this issue?
What can I do?
Can you inspect the wheels and post photos if they are cracked?
i think the issue is it keeps bumping into my honey comp pins now … it is too low. lower then before
Remove the fan and carriage plate so that you can examine the wheels and make sure it is on the correct track. Your air assist fan needs cleaning anyway. The procedure can be seen here:

The metal shroud on the fan is facing the wrong way for starters. Must have installed it backwards on last cleaning?

That is a good point and maybe something the support staff should add that.
Something like this or an exploded view showing how everything goes back together.
