You have to start your own ticket if you are having problems.
I took a look at the logs from your unit, and the issue you’re experiencing is distinctly different, there’s no evidence of the kind of camera degradation that we’re seeing in @coalakida’s unit.
While the symptoms may be similar, this is a case where the root cause is distinctly different.

I’ve reviewed the logs from your unit. Unfortunately, it does look like this isn’t something we’ll be able to solve remotely. I’m terribly sorry about the bad news.
