That’s a good article and excellent design. I love my 3D printers and I use them all the time for practical prints. The key is learning 3D design programs. Same with the Glowforge. My laser cut, magnetic exhaust coupling works great.

I would like to 3D print an end boot for the vent hose that has large threads so I can screw it into the hose for a tight seal. At the moment the tape and hose clamp are doing ok over the tomato can.

I really was caught unprepared to physically receive a Glowforge. I was ready in terms of design ideas, workflow and materials but other than putting the exhaust hose out a window, I didn’t really picture what I was going to do.
