Making a glowforge ruler

Before I installed inkscape, there was a prompt to go ahead and make 2 items. One of which is the glowforge ruler. My window somehow disappeared and I don’t know how to get back to that page with the instructions of how to make said item. Can anybody help? Hope I explained it well enough.
