Something I like about Glowforge more every day, as I try and manage my way around scams and tricks any time I want to get anything done (to say nothing of the news)

Unfortunately, if one can’t leave the house, one’s circle of friends can be very limited. and I have not the space to put even an Aura.

Looking forward to getting the code, now that I think for me it would be a sensible acquisition.
Desperately trying to downsize, but even SWMBO thinks this is the way to go !

I got mine a couple days ago. Check your spam, and if you told :glowforge: never to email you, you may need to reach out to support!

Nothing in spam, so followed your advice, and await a reply from Support !
PS Checked a couple of hours later in ‘Requests’ but no sign of my latest missive to them. Leave it till Monday, and see if anything has moved.

Now Monday evening - no code and my ‘Request’ to support doesn’t appear in my list of Requests. Very curious, but I’ll try sending a request for a code once more.
by the way, how do I confirm that I am a Premium subscriber, apart from my bank statements, of course !

Now sent three requests, but they never appear in my folder.
As soon as I hit the Submit button, the menu blanks, but gives no indication that it has been sent.
Puzzled, tending towards paranoid.
Can anyone tell me what I’m doing wrong, or what ?

If you’re in the US I’d give them a call (1-888-845-6936). Ask both about your code, and your requests!

Do you have any privacy add-ons to your browser?
Try a different browser?
Try sending an email to support@glowforge.com?
Summon @bailey cuz Caitlyn doesn’t seem to be on here?

Thank you. What a terrific gift. I shared my code with my very good friend and she has an Aura on the way. She is sooooo excited and I am very excited for her. We share our creative activities all the time and now we will have even more inspirations to talk about and work on together. Thank you again, Dan!!!

I’ve just received the following reply from Customer Support to my email enquiry regarding the lack of a code sent to me.
I think it comes into the “oops” category to put it kindly.

I politely pointed out that I’ve liven in Mississippi for the last seven years, but I didn’t point out that I was one of the early purchasers that helped get them going !
