Hi guys, For some reason all the proofgrade materials are not showing when I click ‘find your material’ . The machine is reading it is maple plywood but when I select ‘cut’ it says it’s not compatible with this printer even thought it’s glowforge material. No other materials are listed so I don’t have the choice to select any other material. I can’t get readings for speed/power & being a newbie & first time cutting plywood I;m still not confident to select manual settings. Any help would be appreciated.

Try opening the app in a different browser.
In looking at your photos, I suggest reordering your print so that you engrave first, then cut. The photo below shows the Proofgrade settings for Light Maple Plywood should you care to input these settings manually. Top to bottom the settings are engrave/engrave/score/cut

This part of your photo makes me want to ask…what model of printer do you have? If it’s an Aura or a Spark, that may be the reason. Not all proofgrade materials can be used in those two models.
