I’m so sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration. I see that you’ve already received some useful information from some of the other community members in this thread. The information about the Glowforge Basic & Plus having a maximum cutting area of approximately 11" x 19.5" is accurate and matches what is outlined in our Tech Specs.
In regards to the maximum engraving area and the effect that print speed has on that area, the forum post which @Jules referenced is an excellent guide. Thanks Jules!
