Thanks for the design all, and oblige me with a perhaps beginner question… what do the numbers after the steps mean - e.g. #297200, #548ab2, etc? Planning to put this on top of a cake!

Those are the Inkscape colors. You can ignore that.

Great question! Those are the RBG color values in hexadecimal format, used in SVG files and all image editors (Illustrator, Affinity Designer, Inkscape, Photoshop, GIMP, etc.) that are used to create web content.
