Thanks, I agree; I am not sure how it got like that. I only use the Zeiss wipes or the lens pen that I use on my DSLR camera.

Well, I thought I would share an update! I just got the news that they have to send me a whole new machine!

Sad that you’ll have to wait - but fingers crossed it’s not very long and the refurb works perfectly!
When it arrives your old one may still be listed in the GFUI - if it is, make sure you select the new one or you’ll be wondering why it’s never online
