Missing part of shipment of wood and cable I ordered

I ordered wood and a black lid cable. The black lid cable arrived but none of the wood was in the shipment. According to both Glowforge and the FedEx tracking it was all delivered. I watched the FedEx guy bring it to my door and there was only a round tube box with the cable in it.
I have contacted FedEx and they said to contact Glowforge. I emailed Glowforge twice and they have not responded.
Any ideas what I can do to get Glowforge to respond to me and figure out where my wood is?
