Deep cleaned my machine and printhead. reconnected everything and went to make a cut and received an air assist fan error. Followed the troubleshooting and it said to clean off the 4 gold connectors here and I noticed one of mine is broken or missing…anyone experience this?
Is it broken off or is it just recessed as these are spring pins?

There’s your problem.
That said, it looks like the pin is just jammed back up in there. Use some wd40 then contact cleaner to get rid of the gunk so it can move freely again.

They looked pushed in, wasn’t sure if that was possible but when you mention it, yes they look pushed in

The pin’s still there, but it looks like there’s some kind of black “gack” on the end of that pin:
Try using a toothpick to see if you can pry it away.
