So the fiasco continues, after emailing support about the shipping date and not receiving my golden ticket email (yes I have been checking my junk folder) I finally get a response with a generic reply and confirmation that my email had been sent. But no action is taken, it was clear that I’ve not received anything. So again emailing support with the same issue and i will probably get no reply until next week.

The email included a link that enables you to accept delivery and provide your address.
To send us that information, please do the following:
- Go to Glowforge.com/shipping
- Sign in to your Glowforge account
- Follow the instructions on the screen to give us your current shipping information and let us know you’re ready for your Glowforge
Once we have your information, we’ll initiate your shipment and your Glowforge will arrive within six weeks, although it’s usually much faster.
